Original pastel on sanded paper, painted en plein air at the Blandy Experimental Farm Plein Air Festival, September 2023. This is the main building, called the Quarters, that greets you when you first arrive. Behind this arched entrance you find a gorgeous courtyard, flanked by two wings on either side. This was the first pastel, out of six, that I painted over the course of 4 days. I am excited to offer it to you at a discount to celebrate my first plein air event, and of course, Christmas 2023!
