In a Cool Springs Mood, unframed
Original pastel on sanded paper, painted en plein air, unframed. I painted this at a wonderful nature preserve near our home, called Cool Springs. The day we were here was a very warm one. What a delight to sit under the shade of these large sycamore trees near this little stream, and capture the lovely reflections and lighting.
